Project Overview
To encourage members of staff to take part and see the benefits of Holland & Barrett's e-learning (on a platform called the Hive), our team created a 6-month competition where once a month a new gamified e-learning was released where you could earn points. At the end of the 6 months, the 10 people with the highest score won a retreat with lots of fun activities, dinner and an overnight stay. We saw this as an opportunity to explore our creativity and see what fun things we could come up with.

The idea
I had full creative freedom on this project without being tied to any brand guidelines and decided to base it on travelling as covid restrictions were being reduced and people were looking forward to going on holiday once again.
How it works
On the learning platform, there were 7 products with 7 unique codes hidden among the different pages, you would need to keep this code and then enter it in to unlock one section of the quiz. The idea was to get people to explore the e-learning platform, and see what there is to offer. I chose 1 product per continent, based on where the key ingredient originated from. The products were also chosen based on recent e-learnings that had been released, meaning staff members who had completed more learning had a higher chance of scoring well. 
Complete all 7 sections to earn maximum points. The game was really successful and had an incredibly high participation rate.
